The Broiler has been Sacramento’s definitive steakhouse since 1950, when Joe Anticevich created a very special Dinner House at 10th and J streets. It continues to be a place where political careers begin and end, where the courthouse crowd comes to celebrate victories… or nurse defeats. Always a place to see and be seen, The Broiler, with its high-back booths, remains a favorite destination for deals, dates, anniversaries, and reunions for more than five generations.
