The Downtown Sacramento Partnership (DSP) will accept applications from March 1– April 2, 2012 for all vendor opportunities. During the week of April 9th, all vendors will be notified as to which event(s) they have been approved to participate in. After April 9th, all applicants will be placed on a vendor waiting list. Vendors will be selected based on available space, tenant mix, and past involvement at the discretion of the Downtown Sacramento Partnership.
Applications will ONLY be accepted if they are completely filled out and accompanied by:
- Health Permit – County Health Department: (916) 875-8440
- Sellers Permit – Board of Equalization: (800) 400-7115
- Application Fee – $25.00
- Certificate of Insurance- All vendors are required to carry a minimum $1,000,000 liability insurance.
- The “Downtown Sacramento Partnership and City of Sacramento” must be listed as the certificate holder with an address of 980 9th St. Suite 400 Sacramento, CA 95814.
- An endorsement naming “The Downtown Sacramento Partnership and the City of Sacramento, its officials, agents, employee and volunteers” must accompany the certificate of insurance.

FRIDAY NIGHT CONCERTS IN THE PARK
Every Friday Night | May 4 – July 27 | 5 p.m. – 9 p.m
Cesar Chavez Plaza | 10th & J streets
For over 21 years, the Friday Night Concerts in the Park have been synonymous with Sacramento summers. More than 400 bands have graced the Cesar Chavez Plaza stage over the past two decades including the likes of Cake, the Deftones, and Jackie Greene. Thousands of people flock each year to the free outdoor concert series making the event Sacramento’s top summer happy hour to see and be seen. The Friday Night Concerts in the Park 21st season kicks off on May 4 and will feature live local bands over 13 weeks. The free, all-ages shows take place at Cesar Chavez Plaza in Downtown Sacramento every Friday night from 5 pm to 9 pm starting May 4 – July 27.

Capitol Mall, 6th & Capitol | May 3 – September 27

Weekday Downtown Farmers’ Markets are open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. to offer shoppers the finest fruits, vegetables, baked goods, flowers, herbs, and cheeses. The markets offer patrons a chance to meet face to face with their local growers. The Farmers’ Markets are a wonderful break from the ordinary grocery store.
These events are produced by the DSP in cooperation with Certified Farmers’ Markets.
