Join Chops for Mother’s Day Brunch on Sunday, May 13th and let the chefs do the cooking for Mom on her special day!
Chops delicious selections will include a carving station featuring prime rib with a horseradish crust; glazed ham and orange pomegranate turkey breast. The brunch also features a chilled seafood selection of ahi poki, Scottish smoked salmon, mussels, oysters on the half shell and prawns. Hot entrees of grilled tri-tip, roasted salmon, chicken Marsala, roasted poblano and corn enchiladas, classic eggs Benedict, scrambled eggs, Belgium waffles, hardwood smoked bacon, sausage links and home fried potatoes.
Pick out your favorite combination at the omelet station and it will be created it just for you! Enjoy fresh salads, pastries and muffins, and remember to leave room for the dessert selection – there’s something for everyone!
Adults $34, Children 12 and under $14, and all the little folks 4 and under eat for free.
