M.A.Y. Building

The Ransohoff Building has been transformed into a mixed-use project consisting of 22 residential units and a 9,000 square foot ground floor restaurant space. The Downtown Sacramento Foundation’s 2016 Calling All Dreamers winner Oblivion Comics & Coffee opened up shop as part of the ground floor retail space. The renovation also includes a meeting space to accommodate 200 people which has already been completed. The housing units are complete and nearly leased.
