Second Saturday Scavenger Hunt on K Street

On your mark. Get Set. Go! Downtown businesses are teaming up to bring you the ultimate urban scavenger hunt to celebrate the return of Cars on K. Explore K Street this Second Saturday using the SCVNGR app on your mobile phone and you could compete to win some seriously cool stuff.

What is SCVNGR?
Well, think of it this way. This mobile app combines the fun of an old-school scavenger hunt with the bells and whistles of Facebook and Foursquare.

How does it work?
Participants start by downloading the free app for iPhone or Android. To play look for the “2nd Saturday on K Street” trek and complete a series of quick challenges at K Street businesses to earn points. Challenges consist of snapping pictures, answering trivia questions, and social check-ins by bumping phones with friends. The top 5 players with the highest scores (by November 14) will win big!

What’s in it for me?
