The Capitol Area Development Authority (CADA) selected development teams to design and develop four key residential sites along 16th Street, between N and P Streets. Site 1, a 0.7 acre parcel located at the northwest corner of 16th and N street, will include 117 for sale, market-rate housing units and will incorporate up to 136 parking spaces and 5,000 square feet of neighborhood commercial or retail uses. An eight-story mid-rise project dubbed the “Warren” is planned for 16th and N streets, a block away from Capitol Park. The Warren is a 117-condominium project with ground-floor retail with many of its units aimed at work force housing, meaning those making up to 20 percent more than the Sacramento area-median income.
