Located on the corner of 19th and J streets, this project is a mixed-use building with 7000 sq. feet of retail space under 173 residential units.  Aimed toward the Millennial demographic, these apartments will be affordable yet competitive in price.  The building will feature a rooftop terrace that will overlook downtown and will be built with sustainability in mind.  There will also be a Zip Car and bike share program for those who do not own cars.
