Yamanee

This project, dubbed “Yamanee”, will be a mixed-use 14 story tower that features over 11,000 square feet of retail space as well as 134 condominium units.  Plans also include private outdoor areas, access to a gym, gathering areas, and a rooftop deck with a pool.  The building will be built to LEED platinum standards with emphasis on energy efficiency.
